If payment was deducted from your end but not reflected on our website, please wait up to 10 business days for the bank to auto-reverse the transaction. If the amount does not reflect after 10 days, write to us at info@maryjok.com with your transaction details and we'll help resolve it.

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of being placed (or as per the delivery date specified by you at checkout). Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery is always to the address provided at checkout.

Product prices on maryjok.com are inclusive of GST but exclude shipping costs. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order. Mary Jo K may, at its discretion, waive or reduce shipping charges depending on your order value — so stocking up or ordering combos can save on shipping!

If you receive a package that looks tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the delivery person immediately. Once we receive and verify the returned product at our warehouse: • Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking refunds are processed within 48 business hours. Allow an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. • If a prepaid order was cancelled or returned after dispatch, ₹100 (processing + shipping) is deducted and the balance is refunded to the original payment method.
